Santhosh Kumar Sadasiva- Group Finance Director

Santhosh has strong financial acumen and solid domain expertise gained over 25+ years of diverse experience in setting up and managing finance of multi -location operations.

He holds P.G Diploma in Financial Management, Annamalai University, India and he is a member of ACCA in United Kingdom.

Amir Elmzien, CFA – Investment Director

Amir is a result driven professional, with thorough financial acumen. Having gained extensive experience in Canada and the United Arab Emirates, he is a subject matter expert in financial planning & analysis, pricing, investments and budget.

Amir holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a double concentration in finance and management from the American University of Sharjah. He attained his CFA charter in 2014 and is currently an active member of the Toronto CFA Society.

Paul Abou Jaoude – Group Senior Project Manager

Paul has a long experience in design, construction and project management.

His experience in the construction industry has given him tons of knowledge in this field and equipped him with the ability to solve any problem that a project is facing. He continually discovers and seeks new ideas that add value to the projects.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Applied Arts, a Master in Interior Design from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, Lebanon, and a Specialized Master in Landscape Architecture and Environment from the Lebanese University.

Majed Al Ashkar – General Manager, Hospitality Operations

Majed comes with 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has vast experience in pre-opening of hotels. His knowledge of the hospitality industry in the region extends to Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.

Majed has expertise in general management, business development, travel trade management, and sales & marketing management.
